Esteban Piedrahíta Montoya is an administrative engineer from the Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia (EIA) and holds an MBA with an emphasis on international business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and Tecnológico de Monterrey.

He began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he worked as a Manufacturing Cost Analyst and later as Plant Finance Manager. He has been part of Grupo Empresarial Argos since 2006, when he joined Compañía Colombiana de Inversiones S.A. E.S.P. (today Celsia S.A. E.S.P.), where he held the roles of Project Director and Financial Planning Manager. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Celsia.

He has been a member of Summa's Board of Directors since 2016 and its Chairman since 2024. He also sits on the boards of Celsia Colombia, Enerbit, Celsia Internet, Porvenir II, Celsia Centroamérica S.A. (Panama), Bahía Las Minas Corp. (Panama, in dissolution), Cativa Development, S.A. (Panama) and C-Energy Solutions, S.A. (Panama).

Juan Esteban Mejía is an administrative engineer from the Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia (EIA), a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute, and has completed executive education at Stanford, Oxford and Harvard.

He leads the Corporate Affairs and Talent division, responsible for the company's sustainability agenda — including climate change and Human Rights — as well as enabling alignment and operations between Grupo Argos and its businesses. He joined Grupo Argos more than 10 years ago and has held positions in Finance, Investor Relations, Corporate Affairs and support to the Presidency.

He currently serves on the boards of Cementos Argos S.A., Celsia S.A. and Odinsa S.A.

Gustavo Uribe Villa is a civil engineer from the Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia (EIA), with a specialization in Economics from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia. He also holds a master's degree in International Business Strategy and Management from the École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) in France.

His career at Cementos Argos spans more than 15 years, during which he has held several management positions, including general management of the business in Honduras. In 2021 he was appointed country manager for Panama and Central America, leading the region's expansion and growth strategy. In 2026 he was appointed Growth Director for Argos LATAM.

He serves on the boards of Argos Guatemala, S.A.; Argos Honduras, S.A. de C.V.; Cemargos USA Corp; Concreto, S.A.; Terminal Granelera Bahía Las Minas, S.A., among other Grupo Empresarial Argos subsidiaries in the region.

Nicolás Valencia Posada is a business administrator and finance specialist with an MBA from HEC Paris. He has broad experience in corporate financial management, strategic planning and treasury administration, with a specialization in infrastructure project development and the optimization of financial resources. He is an adjunct professor of International Financial Analysis at Universidad EIA.

He has been part of Grupo Empresarial Argos for more than 15 years, serving as Financial Analyst at Cementos Argos and as Investor Relations Director and Financial Planning and Treasury Director at Grupo Argos. In 2017 he took on the Financial Planning and Treasury Management role at Odinsa, where he leads the company's financial planning and oversees treasury operations, contributing to Odinsa's growth and expansion in the infrastructure sector in Colombia and the region.

He serves on the boards of Sociedad Concesionaria Operadora Aeroportuaria Internacional S.A. (OPAIN S.A.) and Autopistas del Café S.A.

Diego Tovar is a systems engineer from Universidad EAN, with a PADE from Inalde Business School, Cum Laude in the Strategic Marketing Specialization at CESA and a Strategic Sales Management Diploma from Kellogg.

He has more than 39 years of experience in Strategic Business Consulting, Professional Technology Services, Quantum Economy, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Financial Services and Telecommunications, including more than 25 years in leadership positions at leading global companies. He has served as Consulting Partner at Deloitte Spanish Latin America, Executive President and CEO Colombia at Everis, VP of Transformation and VP of Operations at Banco Caja Social, Global Director of the Financial Services Vertical at Carvajal Tecnología y Servicios, and head of technology operations within SABMiller's global transformation program, in addition to Latin America-wide business development roles at Unisys, EDS and Getronics.

He is currently Global Partner & CEO Latin America and Global Practice Leader Strategic Evolution at ICG Global, Founder of Flipit — a neo-consultancy specialized in building strategic capabilities for the quantum economy — and an equity partner in Battleracing and R4H.
